Position Summary: Stratitia is seeking a motivated Junior Full Stack Developer to join an Agile team supporting the Defense Health Agency's operational medicine and blood-management software portfolio. You will work with experienced engineers to build, test, and improve secure applications used to support donor operations, blood-product inventory, distribution, transfusion workflows, and medical readiness in demanding environments.

What You Will Do:

• Implement well-scoped front-end and back-end user stories with guidance from senior engineers.

• Participate actively in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, demonstrations, and retrospectives.

Required Qualifications:

You will translate operational needs into secure, tested software spanning user interfaces, services, data stores, and external interfaces.

You will lead implementation of complex capabilities, resolve high-risk defects, mentor developers, and help evolve a mission-critical application ecosystem while preserving operational continuity.
